Please read these Terms before purchasing or using BeebAlarm membership services. By purchasing, restoring purchases, enabling a subscription, or continuing to use member features in the app, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

BeebAlarm provides core alarm features and additional member features such as cloud sync, cloud backup, alarm history auto-cleanup, and other advanced capabilities. Available features may vary by app version, system limitations, region, store policies, and server-side configuration.

Membership services may include auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases. The product name, price, billing period, and availability shown on the App Store purchase confirmation sheet and in-app subscription page are the authoritative purchase details.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, Apple may charge your Apple Account and renew the subscription within approximately 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal pricing is shown by Apple before confirmation.

You can cancel auto-renewal from the subscription management page in iOS Settings under your Apple Account. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After cancellation, paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.

3. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. It normally has no fixed expiration date, but remains subject to these Terms, App Store rules, and reasonable use limits. If a transaction is refunded, revoked, abusive, or otherwise invalid, related member features may be stopped.

4. Refunds and Billing

iOS purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, use Apple's purchase history, report-a-problem, or subscription management tools. BeebAlarm cannot directly control Apple's refund decision.

When Apple or RevenueCat reports a refund, revocation, expiration, or billing issue, BeebAlarm may update your membership status, sync-code authorization, and available features accordingly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully, reasonably, and for personal use. You must not attempt to bypass subscription verification, abuse cloud resources at scale, interfere with server APIs, reverse engineer authorization logic, or disrupt normal service operation.

Alarms, notifications, and background behavior are affected by iOS system policies. Please ensure notifications, Focus modes, silent mode, volume, and system settings match your needs. BeebAlarm works to improve reliability, but cannot guarantee that all external system restrictions can be avoided on every device and state.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update member features, service descriptions, pricing presentation, or technical implementation for product improvement, compliance, or operational reasons. Purchased access will be handled according to the App Store rules and these Terms.

If you materially violate these Terms, or if the related purchase is refunded, revoked, or identified as abnormal, we may stop or limit the corresponding member features.

7. Privacy and Third-Party Services

For data handling, third-party SDKs, and user rights, please read the Privacy Policy. Subscription management and receipt verification may involve Apple and RevenueCat, and their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

8. Apple Standard Terms

For auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement and store rules also apply. You can review the Apple Standard EULA.

9. Contact

If you have questions about subscriptions, authorization, or these Terms, contact the developer through the official website feedback form.

This page explains BeebAlarm service rules. If these Terms conflict with the App Store purchase confirmation sheet or mandatory Apple rules, Apple's mandatory rules prevail.
